Your goal as an EMRA leader: As Resident Education Vice Chair, I'm looking forward to working with the Education Committee to bring fun, engaging, and original content to residents. One of my main goals this year will be to increase awareness of the various and amazing EM fellowships that are available to residents.

What is the best advice you've ever received?
Worrying is like a rocking chair: It will give you something to do but it won’t get you anywhere.

What is something people don't know about you?
I was born with a natural blonde streak in the back of my hair, also known as poliosis.

If I weren't an emergency physician, I would be: Starting my own dog rescue organization

Favorite life hack for night shifts: I just discovered the wonders of a sound machine! Thank you, white noise.
