Your goal as an EMRA leader: My goal as an EMRA leader is to create high-yield content that is easily digestible in our fast-paced work environment. As emergency physicians, we are responsible for so much - everything that comes through the door! I want to make this job a little easier.

Top 3 traits of a great leader:
1. Genuinely caring for the people you serve - I believe this gives you a little more guidance when making tough decisions.
2. Good communication
3. Disciplined work ethic

What is something people don't know about you?
I started painting with watercolor halfway through intern year as a great way to relax.

Last non-textbook I read: "Crime and Punishment" by Fyodor Dostoevsky
