Advice to Senior EM Residents (actually, all residents & fellows)
To Senior Residents in EM: Congratulations on making it to your final year of training! This is certain to be an exciting time. It will also be challenging and stressful. Never forget that the work you do is important to the lives, health, and wellness of so many people, their families, and friends.
