EMRA MedWAR Volunteer Form

Complete this form to indicate your interest in serving as a volunteer for the EMRA MedWAR Race.  We'll do our best to ensure all volunteers are placed. You must be 100% certain you can volunteer for the entire day. It may be possible that not everyone who volunteers will receive a placement.

By completing this form, you understand:

  • You are responsible for your own travel expenses to/from ACEP25 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
  • You agree to comply with all park rules and regulations.
  • You will sign a consent, assumption of risk, and release form prior to taking part in this activity. Download Waiver and Consent Form
  • You will need to meet at the park by 7 am, transportaion is available.
  • You will be available to physically volunteer from 7 am to 5 pm.
  • You confirm you are physically fit and capable of participating outside for the entirety of the event.
  • EMRA will provide food and beverages throughout the day for all volunteers.
